Accounts Receivable & Reports

Navigation: More → Operations → Accounts receivable · More → Operations → Reports

Web vs mobile: AR aging, MRR summaries, and statements are readable on mobile with client drill-down and CSV export. PDF report layouts and custom date-range charting are richer on BillingOne web.

Finance analytics live under two entries in More → Operations: Accounts receivable for collections-focused aging, and Reports for MRR and statement views.

Accounts Receivable

The AR screen shows outstanding balances grouped by age:

BucketDescription
CurrentNot yet due
1–30 daysRecently overdue
31–60 daysModerately overdue
61–90 daysSeriously overdue
90+ daysLong-overdue — priority collections

A summary strip shows total outstanding and overdue amounts. Tap a bucket to see invoices in that range.

Client drill-down

Tap a client row to see:

  • Open invoices contributing to balance
  • Oldest due date
  • Links to invoice detail and Open in web

Reports Hub

Reports aggregates:

ReportDescription
MRRCurrent monthly recurring revenue and trend indicator
MRR by clientRevenue concentration ranking
Invoice agingOverlap with AR buckets by client
StatementsPer-client statement preview for a period

Date context follows org reporting currency and last sync time — pull to refresh or run Sync All before month-end reviews.

MRR Summary

Key figures mirror the web Reports page:

  • Current MRR — Sum of active subscription and contract recurring value
  • Active subscriptions — Pax8 active count
  • Outstanding — Total open invoice balance

Tap through to Subscriptions or Invoices for detail.

Statements

Generate a client statement for a selected period:

  1. Open Reports → Statements
  2. Choose client (or use client scope)
  3. Select period
  4. View summary — opening balance, charges, payments, closing balance
  5. Export CSV or Open in web for PDF

CSV Export

Both AR and Reports support Export CSV on the current view:

  • AR export — client, bucket, amount, oldest due date
  • MRR export — client, MRR contribution, subscription count
  • Statement export — line-level charges and payments

Share via the iOS share sheet.

Dashboard Overlap

The Home tab AR summary strip and CFO snapshot widgets show the same underlying data in compact form. Use AR/Reports under More for full tables and export.

Tips

  • Review AR weekly — Focus on 60+ day buckets first
  • Export CSV before QBRs — Attach to client meetings from iPad
  • Sync before month-end — Stale Xero data skews aging
  • Use client scope for single-account statement runs
