Clients
Navigation: More → Operations → Clients
Web vs mobile: Mobile presents the same billing-focused client list with MRR, subscription counts, and licensing status. Client mapping workbench and bulk mapping live under More → Client mappings; heavy CSV mapping imports stay on web.
The Clients screen shows every client with a billing snapshot — MRR, subscription count, device and license counts, and reconciliation status.
Client List
Each row shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Client | Client name |
| MRR | Monthly recurring revenue from subscriptions |
| Subscriptions | Active Pax8 subscription count |
| Devices | Managed device count (RMM snapshot) |
| Licenses | Licensed quantity (Pax8) |
| Status | Matched, under-licensed, over-licensed, or no data |
Clients sort by MRR descending so top revenue accounts appear first.
Filters and Search
Search by client name from the searchable list header.
Filter by reconciliation status:
- All
- Under-licensed — Quick view of billing gaps
- Over-licensed
- Matched
- No data — No snapshot yet
Combine with client scope when drilling into one account from detail.
Client Detail
Tap a client for a billing-focused detail screen:
- Summary metrics — MRR, subscriptions, devices, licenses, variance
- Quick links — Subscriptions, invoices, contracts, missed billing (scoped)
- Scope to client — Filter the whole app to this client
- Open in web — Full client billing profile on
app.billingone.dev
Under-Licensed Filter
Finance teams often start with Under-licensed:
- Open Clients
- Open filters and select Under-licensed
- Review each client's variance and open Missed billing or Subscriptions scoped to that client
The Home dashboard Under-licensed clients card links here with the same filter applied.
Status Meanings
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Matched | Devices and licenses align |
| Under-licensed | More devices than licenses |
| Over-licensed | More licenses than devices |
| No data | Run a reconciliation snapshot first |
Client Mappings
When invoice or subscription clients do not auto-match PanelOne clients, use More → Operations → Client mappings:
- Review suggested mappings
- Apply or reject suggestions
- Open in web for bulk workbench operations
Tips
- Review monthly for MRR shifts and new under-licensed accounts
- Scope to client before a customer call so all lists stay focused
- Cross-reference high device count + low MRR — may indicate missing subscriptions
- Take a snapshot for "No data" clients before billing review
