Web vs mobile: Subscription list, detail, and Pax8 sync match BillingOne web. Connect Pax8 credentials and run initial mapping on web; mobile triggers sync and supports triage in the field.

The Subscriptions screen shows all Pax8 subscriptions across your client base — products, quantities, pricing, and status in a searchable list optimized for touch.

Subscription List

Each row displays:

ClientOwning client
ProductPax8 SKU (e.g., Microsoft 365 Business Basic)

TotalMonthly or annual total
StatusActive, cancelled, suspended, or trial

Rows respect client scope when a client filter is active.

Subscription Detail

Tap a subscription for:

  • Product and vendor metadata
  • Billing frequency and renewal/end dates

Sync from Pax8

Pull latest subscription data:

  1. Open Subscriptions
  2. Tap Sync from Pax8 (or run Sync All from Home)
  3. Wait for the spinner to complete

Run a sync after making quantity changes in the Pax8 partner portal so reconciliation and MRR stay accurate.

Pax8 must be connected on BillingOne web before sync succeeds.

Search by client name, product name, or subscription ID.

Filter by:

  • Status — Active, cancelled, suspended
  • Client — Specific client or scoped client

Filter chips show active criteria; tap to clear.

CSV Export

Export the filtered subscription list as CSV from the toolbar. Share the file for internal reviews, QBR prep, or spreadsheet analysis.

  • Sync weekly after Pax8 changes
  • Search by product to see all clients on a SKU before a vendor price change
  • Cross-check with Reconciliation when quantities look wrong
  • Zero-dollar rows may be free tiers or pending channel changes — verify in Pax8
