Agreements & Service Requests
Web vs mobile: Agreements and service requests match the web Agreements experience. Mobile supports reading, signing, and submitting requests on the go. Long agreement text is easier to review on a large screen — use Safari from More if you prefer the web layout.
Your IT provider may send agreements to sign and allow service requests for ordering new services. Both appear under More when enabled.
Agreements
Viewing Agreements
- Tap More
- Tap Agreements
Each agreement shows:
- Title and version
- Date sent, viewed, or signed
- Status — Pending, viewed, signed, or declined
Agreements appear only when your organization has agreement instances in the portal. If the menu item is missing, your provider has none assigned to you yet.
Reviewing & Signing
- Tap an agreement to open it
- Read the full text carefully
- Tap Sign or Accept when ready
- Your signature and timestamp are recorded
- Status changes to Signed
You can re-open signed agreements to read them again at any time.
Onboarding flows may also include an agreement step — see Dashboard and Onboarding (web).
Questions About Terms
Contact your IT provider or submit a ticket before declining an agreement you are unsure about.
Service Requests
Creating a Service Request
When your IT provider enables service requests:
- Tap More → Service requests, or use New service request on Home when shown
- Tap + or New request
- Fill in the form — type of service, description, and any required fields
- Submit the request
Your provider receives the request in their workflow and may follow up via ticket or email.
Viewing Requests
The service requests list shows status and summary for each submission. Tap an item for detail and any provider responses visible in the portal.
Service requests require portal settings and permission to create them. If you cannot create requests, contact your IT provider.
Search
Find agreements or service requests quickly using toolbar search.
