Billing & Commercial

Web vs mobile: Invoices, statements, quotes, and jobs use the same billing data as the web portal. Mobile supports viewing, accepting quotes, and opening Stripe pay links in Safari. Full billing administration stays with your IT provider's internal tools — not the customer app.

When your IT provider enables billing for your customer portal, commercial items appear under More. If you do not see billing sections, billing may not be turned on in portal settings — contact your IT provider.


Invoices

Viewing Invoices

  1. Tap More
  2. Tap Invoices

The list shows generated invoices with:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Amount and status (paid, unpaid, overdue)
  • Due date

Tap an invoice for line items and totals.

Paying an Invoice

When online payment is configured, tap Pay on an invoice to open a Stripe payment link in Safari. Complete payment in the browser, then return to the app.


Account Statement

  1. Tap More
  2. Tap Account statement

The statement summarizes your running balance, recent charges, and payments — the same account view as on the web portal.

Home may also show a billing summary card when statements are enabled, with a shortcut to this screen.


Quotes

  1. Tap More
  2. Tap Quotes

Review quotes your IT provider has sent:

  • Quote number, title, and amount
  • Status (draft, sent, accepted, declined)
  • Expiry date

Tap a quote for full detail. You may be able to accept a quote or pay via a link when your provider enables those actions.


PSA Jobs

  1. Tap More
  2. Tap Jobs (or PSA jobs)

Jobs show project or service work tracked in your provider's PSA system:

  • Job title and reference
  • Status and dates
  • Summary description

Job detail on mobile is read-only — discuss changes with your IT provider or via tickets.


Notification Preferences

When billing is enabled, you can opt into overdue invoice reminders by email under More → Account & profile → Notification preferences. See Profile & Security.


Tips

  • Pay invoices in Safari — Payment links open the secure Stripe checkout page
  • Review quotes before they expire — Accept or ask questions promptly
  • Check Home for balance summary — When billing cards are enabled
  • No billing in More? — Your IT provider controls this via portal settings

Commercial data is for end-customers of an MSP — not MSP staff billing tools (those use separate apps).
