Dashboard
Web vs mobile: The web dashboard shows service cards in a grid with a left sidebar for navigation. The mobile Home tab puts the same summary up front with quick actions and a scrollable activity feed — ideal for checking status in seconds.
The Home tab is your landing page after sign-in. It gives you a quick summary of your IT services and highlights items that need attention.
Hero Section
At the top of Home you see:
- A personalized greeting with your name
- Your organization name and portal branding (colors and logo from your IT provider)
- Quick actions such as creating a ticket or service request when those features are enabled
Quick actions adapt to your permissions. If you do not see New ticket or New service request, your IT provider may have disabled creation or limited your account.
Onboarding Checklist
If your IT provider has set up onboarding for you, a checklist banner appears on Home:
- Shows which step you are on and what is left to complete
- Tap Start (first time) or Continue to open the onboarding flow
- Steps may include welcome messages, forms, agreement signing, and document review
- The banner disappears once onboarding is complete
See Onboarding (web) for the same steps in the browser.
At-a-Glance Stats
Expandable stats show key numbers for your organization. Which stats appear depends on portal settings and your role:
| Stat | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Open tickets | Support tickets currently open or in progress |
| Devices | Managed device count |
| Backups | Backup jobs being tracked |
| Documents | Published guides available to you |
| Pending agreements | Agreements waiting for your signature |
| Security alerts | Active M365 security alerts (when M365 is enabled) |
Tap a stat card to jump to the related section (for example, tap Open tickets to open the Tickets tab).
Stats may show cached data when you are offline and refresh when you reconnect.
Customize Home
Tap Customize (or the layout control on Home) to choose which stat cards appear and in what order. Your preferences are saved on your device.
Only stats your account is permitted to see are available to add. If a stat is missing from the customize list, your IT provider may need to enable that portal area.
Recent Activity
Below the stats, Recent activity lists the latest events for your organization — ticket updates, backup changes, agreement activity, and similar items.
- Tap See all to open the full activity log under More → Activity
- Pull down on Home to refresh stats and activity
Billing Summary
When billing is enabled for your portal, Home may show an account statement or billing summary card with your current balance and a link to invoices or your statement under More.
Tips
- Check Home regularly — Fastest way to see if anything needs attention
