Navigation
Web vs mobile: The web portal uses a left sidebar with every section listed at once. The mobile app uses four bottom tabs plus a More hub so common tasks stay one tap away. Anything not on a tab lives under More or in search — same data, touch-first layout.
ClientOne Mobile organizes your portal into tabs at the bottom of the screen (iPhone) or a sidebar (iPad). What you see depends on your portal settings and permissions — your IT provider controls which areas are enabled.
Main Tabs
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Home | Dashboard with stats, onboarding, and recent activity |
| Devices | Managed computers, phones, and tablets (when enabled) |
| Tickets | Support requests — view, create, and comment (when enabled) |
| More | Documents, backups, M365, billing, profile, and other portal areas |
Home and More are always available. Devices and Tickets appear only when your IT provider has enabled those sections for your portal.
If you expect a tab that is missing, contact your IT provider — they may need to turn it on in portal settings or adjust your account permissions.
The More Hub
Tap More to reach portal areas that do not have their own tab. Available entries depend on portal settings:
| Area | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Activity | Full activity log for your organization |
| Documents | Guides and how-to articles |
| Backups | Dropsuite backup status |
| Microsoft 365 | Tenant overview, users, mailboxes, and more |
| Security alerts | M365 security alerts |
| Network | UniFi network overview (when enabled) |
| Invoices / Statement / Quotes / Jobs | Billing and PSA items (when billing is enabled) |
| Domains & hosting | Domains, hosting, and SSL certificates |
| Service requests | Request new services from your provider |
| Agreements | Review and sign service agreements |
| Client notes | Notes shared with account managers (manager role only) |
Under Account in More:
- Notifications — In-app notification inbox
- Account & profile — Name, phone, security, and sign-out
At the top of More, Open ClientOne in Safari opens the full web portal in your browser.
iPad Layout
On iPad, ClientOne Mobile uses a sidebar instead of bottom tabs:
- Your provider's logo appears at the top of the sidebar
- Tap Home, Devices, Tickets, or More in the sidebar to switch sections
- Detail screens open in the main content area beside the sidebar
Navigation works the same as on iPhone — only the layout changes for the larger screen.
Scoped Search
Tap the search icon in the toolbar to find items across your portal. Search is scoped to your organization and respects the same permissions as the rest of the app.
You can search across:
- Tickets
- Devices
- Documents
- Backups
- Service requests
- Agreements
- Domains & hosting
- Security alerts
- Microsoft 365 users
- Invoices
- Quotes
Type a keyword, tap a result, and the app opens the matching item. Search on mobile replaces the web portal's desktop keyboard shortcut — there is no global command palette on mobile.
Deep Links & Notifications
Links from email or push notifications can open ClientOne Mobile directly to a ticket, device, invoice, or other item. If a link opens the app but you do not have permission for that area, contact your IT provider.
Tips
- Start on Home — The dashboard highlights what needs attention
- Use More for everything else — Documents, billing, M365, and profile all live here
- Search when you know the name — Faster than browsing long lists
- Missing a section? — Your IT provider controls visibility via portal settings
