Network & Domains

Web vs mobile: Network and domain information matches the web customer portal. Mobile presents UniFi and domain data in scrollable lists suited to phone screens. Complex network changes and DNS management remain with your IT provider or the Safari web portal.

When enabled by your IT provider, ClientOne Mobile shows UniFi network status and domains, hosting, and SSL information under More. Both areas respect portal settings — if you do not see them, contact your IT provider.


UniFi Network

Opening Network

  2. Tap Network (or UniFi Network)

The network section is customer-scoped — you see only sites and devices linked to your organization.

Typical sub-areas include:

Pull down to refresh. Network data is read-only on mobile — configuration changes are handled by your IT provider.

When Network Is Unavailable

If Network does not appear under More, your provider has not enabled the UniFi customer portal integration or has turned it off in portal settings.


Domains, Hosting & SSL

The domains screen uses tabs:

Tap an item for detail. Expiring domains or certificates may also surface as action cards on your Home dashboard when your provider highlights them.

Common Questions

Can I renew a domain from the app?

No — renewal and DNS changes are handled by your IT provider. Submit a ticket or contact them directly.

Why is an SSL certificate "expiring soon"?

Your provider is tracking the certificate and will typically renew it before expiry. Ask them if you have concerns.


Use toolbar search to find domains, hosting entries, or SSL certificates by name.


Tips

  • Watch SSL and domain expiry on Home — Action cards may flag upcoming renewals
  • Network is read-only — Report outages via tickets
  • Missing Network or Domains? — Controlled by portal settings; ask your IT provider to enable them
