Passkeys

Register a passkey from PartnerOne Admin. A passkey works as the second factor on PartnerOne Admin and the login site only.

PanelOne and BillingOne (web and mobile) currently require an authenticator-app code. Passkey-only staff are refused there and told to enrol an authenticator app. Set up an authenticator even if you use a passkey elsewhere — see Sign in and set up MFA.

Register a passkey​

  1. Sign in to admin.partnerone.dev with your password and authenticator.
  2. Register a passkey when Admin offers it (device passkey or security key).
  3. Use that passkey as the second factor on PartnerOne Admin and the login site.

Password sign-in stays available, including while Entra SSO is on.
