Sign in and set up MFA
Staff sign in at login.partnerone.dev. Open PanelOne, BillingOne, or PartnerOne Admin and you are sent there. There is no separate password inside the apps.
You must set up and use a second factor to access PartnerOne apps. Your organisation can't switch MFA off. Set up an authenticator app — PanelOne and BillingOne (web and mobile) currently require an authenticator-app code.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your password, or continue with Microsoft if your organisation has set up Entra SSO.
- Complete a second factor. A password sign-in can succeed and then send you to enrol or challenge you — you cannot use the apps or Admin until that is done.
Microsoft Entra is the only SSO option in this release. Password sign-in stays available even when SSO is on.
First sign-in
The first time you sign in, PartnerOne asks you to set up an authenticator app (TOTP):
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
- Enter the code from the app to confirm.
- Save your recovery codes. They are always shown after enrolment. Store them somewhere safe — you will need one if you lose your authenticator.
Later sign-ins to PanelOne or BillingOne (web and mobile) ask for the authenticator-app code. Passkey-only staff are refused there and told to enrol an authenticator. A passkey works as the second factor on PartnerOne Admin and the login site only — see Passkeys.
If you get stuck
- Lost your authenticator? Use a recovery code — see Recover access with a recovery code.
- Your organisation uses Microsoft? See Set up Microsoft Entra SSO.
- Need to invite someone? See Invite people and set app permissions.
