Clients
Web vs mobile: Browse, edit, and triage clients on mobile. Creating clients, bulk import, and integration mapping dialogs are web-only. Mobile supports edit (name, status, integration IDs) and full client-scoped triage tabs.
Navigation: Tab bar → Clients
The Clients tab is your client directory for field work — search, filter, open client detail, and jump to devices, alerts, or tickets for a specific customer.
Client List
The client list shows all clients in your organization:
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Search | Filter by client name |
| Status filter | Active, inactive, or all |
| Integration filter | Clients mapped to specific integrations |
| Stats badges | Total, active, and inactive counts |
Each row displays:
- Client name
- Active/inactive status badge
- Connected integration icons (NinjaOne, SentinelOne, M365, etc.)
- Device and user count summaries (when available)
Tap a row to open client detail.
Bulk Export
Eligible lists support bulk selection and CSV export — select rows, then export from the toolbar menu.
Client Detail
Client detail opens with the client name as the navigation title and integration badges in the header.
Quick Actions
From client detail, use quick links to jump directly to scoped tabs:
| Action | Destination |
|---|---|
| Devices | Client detail → Devices tab |
| Alerts | Client detail → Alerts tab |
| Tickets | Client detail → Tickets tab |
Quick action portal links (M365, NinjaOne, Gorelo, SentinelOne, TeamViewer, etc.) open external URLs in Safari when configured for the client.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab shows stat cards:
- Devices online / offline
- Active alerts
- Open tickets
- Integration summary and external portal links
Stats use cached data when offline.
Client Detail Tabs
Tabs are always visible for core triage, plus integration-gated tabs when capabilities and client mappings match:
Always Available (Mobile Triage)
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Overview | Stats, portal links, integration badges |
| Alerts | Client-scoped alert list |
| Tickets | Client-scoped ticket list |
| Documents | PSA documents — upload, download, delete |
| Notes | Client notes — create via toolbar + |
| Co-managers | Co-manager assignments |
Integration-Gated Tabs
These appear when the org capability and client integration mapping are present:
| Tab | Gated by |
|---|---|
| Devices | Devices capability |
| Network | Network capability + UniFi sites |
| Users | M365 capability |
| Threats | Security capability |
| Backups | Backups capability |
| Licenses | Licensing / Pax8 |
| Domains & hosting | Domain integrations |
| SMTP2GO | SMTP2GO link on client |
| TeamViewer | TeamViewer mapping |
| Hatz | Hatz tenant mapping |
| Contacts | Contacts capability |
| Jobs | PSA jobs capability |
Mobile-first triage: Alerts and Tickets tabs on client detail are always shown for field workflows — they are not gated the same way as on web.
Editing a Client
Mobile supports limited client edit — not full create:
- Open client detail.
- Tap Edit in the toolbar.
- Update name, active status, and integration IDs (NinjaOne org ID, SentinelOne site ID, M365 tenant ID, etc.).
- Save changes.
To create a new client or bulk import from NinjaOne, Gorelo, or other sources, use PanelOne web → Clients.
Contacts & Notes
Contacts
On the Contacts tab (when visible):
- Browse client contacts synced from PSA/integrations.
- Tap + to create a new contact.
Notes
On the Notes tab:
- View client notes with author and timestamp.
- Tap + to add a new note.
Documents
The Documents tab supports PSA document management:
| Action | Online | Offline |
|---|---|---|
| List documents | Yes | Cached list |
| Download | Opens signed URL in Safari | Requires connectivity |
| Upload | File importer | Requires connectivity |
| Delete | Swipe-to-delete with confirmation | Requires connectivity |
For IT Glue/Hudu synced assets, use More → Documentation. See Documentation Hub.
Client Scope from Detail
Opening a client does not automatically set global client scope. Use the toolbar client scope filter on other tabs if you want the entire app scoped to one client.
Tips & Best Practices
- Use quick actions during site visits — jump to devices or tickets without re-navigating.
- Edit integration IDs in the field when mapping a newly connected client (full OAuth still on web).
- Create clients on web — mobile empty states link to web for client create and import.
- Check Documents tab for PSA-uploaded files before opening the Documentation hub.
