Devices
Web vs mobile: Mobile supports full device browse, detail, patches, and remote actions (reboot, scripts, CIPP wipe, SentinelOne payloads). Forensics sub-consoles and some vendor admin surfaces remain on PanelOne web.
Navigation: Tab bar → Devices
The Devices tab shows all managed devices across clients — filter, search, open detail, and run remote actions from the field.
Device List
The device list provides cross-client device visibility:
| Control | Options |
|---|---|
| Search | Device name, hostname, client |
| Status | Online, offline, all |
| Source | NinjaOne, Gorelo, SentinelOne, Jamf, etc. |
| Client scope | Toolbar filter to one client |
Each row shows:
- Device name and hostname
- Online/offline status badge
- Source integration icon
- Client name (when no client scope is active)
- Last seen / last updated timestamp
Tap a row to open device detail.
Filter selections persist per organization between sessions.
Device Detail
Device detail uses the device name as the navigation title and shows linked source records, client link, and last updated time.
Header & Links
- Client — Tap to navigate to client detail
- Source records — Linked integration device IDs
- External refs — Vendor portal links when available
Device Detail Tabs
Tabs adapt based on device source and org capabilities:

Connectivity required: Remote actions require an active network connection. They are not queued offline.
Script Runner
On the Scripts tab (NinjaOne, Gorelo, SuperOps devices):
- Tap Run script.
- Browse available scripts from the integration.
- Select a script and confirm execution.
- Results appear in device activity when the integration returns status.
Patches Tab
The Patches tab lists pending and installed patches:
- Trigger patch scan from the overview action card or patches tab.
- Apply patches via NinjaOne when online.
Client-Scoped Devices
When client scope is active in the toolbar:
- Only that client's devices appear in the list.
- Device detail client link still navigates to full client detail.
From client detail → Devices tab, the same device rows and detail views apply with client pre-filtered.
Offline Behavior
| Feature | Offline |
|---|---|
| Device list | Cached from last sync |
| Device detail | Cached detail envelope |
| Remote actions | Not available |
| Patch scan / apply | Not available |
Tips & Best Practices
- Filter by offline at the start of a shift to find unreachable endpoints.
- Use scripts tab for quick remediation without opening vendor portals.
- Confirm destructive CIPP actions carefully — wipe and fresh-start are irreversible.
- Check patches tab before leaving a client site after maintenance.
