Settings

Web vs mobile: Mobile covers day-to-day admin — team invites, org name, notifications, alert rules, and audit log browse. Integration OAuth, branding deep config, and some web-only admin sections are completed on PanelOne web.

Settings on PanelOne Mobile mirrors the web settings structure with mobile-appropriate scope — full admin destinations are available, but integration connect flows redirect to web.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Invite team from mobile — Quick way to onboard a field engineer.
  • Never configure OAuth on mobile — Use the integrations web CTA.
  • Set push preferences early — Critical for on-call alert delivery.
  • Review audit logs after incidents — Confirm who acknowledged or changed what.
